Shipping & Returns

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to the total weight of the goods ordered. Parcels are sent either via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Shipping is to the UK ONLY.

Should you require goods to be shipped to countries other then the UK please email sales@islandnaturals.co.uk for a quote.

Delivery Schedule

We process your order straight away and will normally send orders out within three working days.

If your order will not ship within 3 working days you will be contacted via the email address you supplied.

Returning Goods

We promise to ship our products to you in a safe, secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any defect or other concern you may have regarding your order.

If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us by e-mail or on 01624 898460 within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange either to replace your goods or to refund the purchase price including any post and packaging charge.

We may ask you to return faulty goods to us and would ask that you take care to pack them safely when doing so. Where goods are found to have been defective or damaged before delivery, we will refund or reimburse your costs in returning them to us.


If you change your mind about your order, please contact us by email or on 01624 898460 within seven days of receipt.

We will ask you to safely return the goods in unused, saleable condition at your expense and we will then make a refund to you. Our refund may not include the post and packaging costs of the original order and may be further reduced should the goods be returned part-used, incomplete or damaged. We may make a charge to cover any other costs reasonably incurred in recovering and restocking the goods.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
